UFC President Dana White
I always thought that the hullabaloo between Jon Jones and Quinton "Rampage" Jackson was a slight friction between the two personalities that was dramatically inflated for hype reasons.

From their interactions at the press conferences, you could tell that they weren't best friends, but isn't "hate" a strong word?

In the attached interview with Ariel Helwani, Dana White used the word "hate" to describe Rampage's feelings towards Jones at the 1:30 and 2:15 minute markers.

Okay, so Dana might just be further hyping the fight by exaggerating the drama. However, Dana seems to speak his mind about the fighters in his stable.

UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones
In a recent interview with USA Today, Jones describes how being a champion has changed his lifestyle habits, as well as his mindset.

He describes how he's stopped hanging out with the guys late at night, how he doesn't eat after a certain time, and he trains five times a day.

Talking about all the ways a champion must change his life, he says, "If I eat healthier, I can be better. If I practice this kick, or if I train five times a day instead of three, I can be better. If I take ice baths to recover and get massages, and try to keep my body hydrated, I can be better."

Mauricio "Shogun" Rua has been knocking out legends since the Pride days, and has redeemed two of his three most recent losses against Forrest Griffin and Lyoto Machida. The remaining loss, against Jon Jones, may be recified when and if he fights for the title again.

From left to right: Victor Ortiz, Floyd Mayweather, Referee Joe Cortez
No matter what you say about Mayweather Jr. you cannot deny his talent. He dominated the younger and stronger fighter in Ortiz from the opening bell Saturday night in what ended up being a very interesting and controversial fight, even though it was so short.

So much so that if you pay close enough attention you will notice how "Dirty" Ortiz was really fighting all night long due to his frustration. Ortiz' trainer Danny Garcia complained all through 24/7 about Floyd being a "Dirty Fighter" to the point where people took their eyes off Ortiz' conduct during the fight all together.
